He's in a place where everything can be bled? Then it doesn't matter because everything will die eventually. He's the only one? Then his heal is constant and adds to his prefered damage type - bleed. TLDR: The Flagellant will always be OP when you are putting him into his element. I have no doubt you will hit certain mobs enough times that they actually start bleeding eventually, but outside of healing yourself on low HP, Flag really won't achieve much against anything that isn't a Bandit or a Gargoyle/Horror. By all means, take this OP Flagellant to the Ruins and achieve this same thing. However, I skipped through and, predictably, noticed you fought a total of 0 bleed immune enemies. Then who needs a stress healer when you can camp it off later? Unless you get CC stunned or have some bad luck on Deaths Door, I don't see why anyone would think this couldn't have worked.

The Flagellant will always be OP when you are putting him into his element. I would say removing his additional Deathblow resistance + rendering his heals weaker (or unusable) after a use for X turns would put him in his place.
